Is Vivid Risk right for your practice?
One question decides the answer: how many of your clients you would manage inside Vivid Risk. Every tier carries a hard cap on that, enforced in our database rather than printed on a page, and this tells you which one your book clears.
This reads one number against the managed-client caps our own database enforces. It is not a quote, not an application decision, and not a judgement about whether your practice is a good fit — a person reads every partner application.
What the cap counts, and what it does not
Managed clients are capped
A managed client is one you onboard into Vivid Risk and run assessments, evidence and reports for from your own console. Every tier carries a number, andfirestore.rulesrefuses the write above it — so the figure on the partner page is what the database does, not what the marketing says.
Referrals are not
A referred client holds their own account and pays us directly; you earn commission on it. Those are counted a different way entirely and no cap has ever applied to them. A practice with two hundred clients that refers all of them needs the free tier and nothing more, which is why this page asks how many you would manage.
Every tier, its fee, its commission rate and its cap are on thepartner page.
